Breakfast is made with local produce, including organic bread and pastries (delivered right to the chalet), homemade jams and spreads, apple juice and milk from nearby farms, as well as cheese, butter, coffee, tea and chocolate.
Included in your stay

Your menus (excluding drinks) are available in your chalet before your arrival, so you can enjoy your stay at your own pace, without time constraints. They are created and prepared by Chef Florian DUC.

Florian DUC is a head chef based in Alsace. After working for big names in French gastronomy such as Jean-Michel LORRAIN (3* Michelin), Jean Paul Jeunet (2* Michelin), and Hubert MAETZ (1* Michelin), Florian decided to go freelance to offer gourmet home-cooked meals and cookery workshops.
The chef develops a gourmet and creative cuisine, made from local and seasonal produce.

To tantalise your taste buds, we're offering you verrines which will be available in your chalet before your arrival.
Our Boc 'Aperitifs and Boc' Cocktail Reception are made up of products from local organic farms and producers.
